  • Salary: Up to £32,000 basic (On-Target Earnings of £42,000 with bonus scheme)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
  • Saturdays: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 12:30pm
We are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor role at a commercial vehicle dealership based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join a dedicated team and work within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key responsibilities as a Senior Service Advisor:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and efficient service both in-person and over the phone.
  • Manage customer bookings, ensuring all service and repair needs are met with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Advise customers on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and additional services that would benefit them.
  • Handle inquiries related to commercial vehicles, offering expert advice and solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks, including processing service orders, invoices, and keeping records up-to-date.

Who we’re looking for in a Senior Service Advisor:
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership, preferably with commercial vehicles.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients.
  • A proactive and sales-driven attitude, focused on delivering the best solutions for customers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
