  • Up To £55,000 Salary Depending On Experience
  • £2,000 Incentive Bonus Paid After 6 Months Of Service
  • DAYS + NIGHT Shifts Available
  • Days: Monday To Thursday 7am - 5pm / Friday 7am - 3pm (45.5 Hour Week)
  • Nights: Monday To Friday 6pm - 3am (47.5 Hour Week)
  • 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Our client, an independent run commercial vehicle bodyshop in the West London region, are currently looking to hire multiple experienced Coach Builders / Fabricators to join and support their busy workshop!

Standard duties of the successful Commercial Vehicle Body/Coach Builders & Welder Fabricators will include, but are not limited to:
  • Commercial vehicle body building and conversions.
  • Working on your own and as part of a team to achieve high quality specification to agreed deadlines.
  • Safely using plant and equipment, staying compliant with health and safety procedures and wearing the correct PPE.
  • Recording processes at each stage of the build/conversion.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area that is free from any hazards
You will need to live in the West London region or be within a reasonable commuting distance of Feltham / Ashford. Ideally you will need to be a fully qualified Welder or hold something which is the equivalent, however our client is also willing to consider Coach Builder / Fabricators who are time served not qualified. You will need to be a committed individual and a good team player. You must be able to produce a high quality of work in a busy workshop environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team.
