Our client, a rapidly expanding Dealer Group, is launching an All Makes & Models Service Centre in Wandsworth. They are seeking a highly skilled Master Technician / Diagnostic Technician to take the reins, develop the business, recruit, and train new mechanics, and grow into an Aftersales Manager role as the team expands.

Your role & responsibilities as a Master Technician:
  • Drive workshop success – Set up the service centre from scratch, advising on workflow, workshop tools, ramps, and more.
  • Lead & develop a team – Recruit and train new vehicle technicians, ensuring a high standard of expertise.
  • Handle all makes & models – Deliver top-quality service and aftersales support across various brands.
  • Fleet & warranty work – Establish 1Link for fleet services and oversee manufacturer warranty repairs.
  • Parts & stock management – Build relationships with suppliers and manage stock control efficiently.
  • Be hands-on – Carry out diagnostic and repair work while implementing best practices for the workshop.
