Bodyshop Technician Vacancy - Derby Main Dealer

Basic Salary: Up to £37,000 (varies with experience)
Time Saved Bonus.
Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30, No Weekends.

Perfect placement is now recruiting for a leading figure in the main dealer network. They're currently looking for a Bodyshop Technician in the Derby area to join their dealership bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global company, with excellent future prospects.

They are looking for an experienced bodyshop technician with panel beating/repair specialisms. However, due to the size of the company, training can be provided if you have less experience.

Responsibilities in this Panel Beater role will include:

Replacing and repairing of panels; straightening and filling
Completing body alignment
Welding and bonding
Filler work, dent removal and pin pulling
Vehicle examination and accurate reporting.
Maintaining a clean and tidy working area.

Requirements for this Panel Beater role:

Have previous experience in Panel repair/replacement in a Bodyshop setting
Hold an ATA qualification or NVQ Level 3 equivalent.
Have welding experience
Demonstrate a positive, right first time attitude
Show a great team player mentality
Work to a very high standard and a high level of accuracy
Be aware of Health and Safety in the workplace.
