Our Motor Trade Client is a well-established and reputable Used Car Dealership, committed to providing high-quality vehicles and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth and success, they are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Master Technician to head up their team of Vehicle Technicians.

Duties will include:
  • Perform advanced diagnostics on vehicles using specialised equipment and tools.
  • Identify and repair complex faults across all vehicle systems, including the engine, transmission, electrical, and braking systems.
  • Ensure repairs are carried out to a high standard and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards and legal requirements.
  • Provide customers with maintenance recommendations based on vehicle condition.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, trends, and repairs.
  • Mentor and supervise junior technicians and apprentices.
  • Ensure the workshop is well-organised and equipped with the necessary tools and parts to carry out repairs.
  • Help with managing workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and that vehicle repairs are completed in a timely manner.
