- Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 OTE
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth customer journey, and maximising service sales opportunities through upselling additional products, services, and repair work. You will also be required to manage all documentation and system entries accurately.

- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive industry
- A passion for the automotive sector and customer service
- Ability to manage workload effectively and stay organised under pressure
- Strong IT and computer literacy, with the ability to use company systems effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
