  • Basic Salary: £40,000
  • Realistic OTE: £60,000+ per annum

Our client is now looking to recruit a driven and dynamic New Car Sales Manager to join their high-performing sales team in Wimbledon. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Sales Manager or a strong Business Manager/Assistant Sales Manager ready to take the next step in their automotive sales career.

As New Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the dealership’s ongoing success. You will be responsible for leading the new car sales team, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving business growth in line with brand expectations and company standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and motivating the new car sales team to achieve targets
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing individual team members
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high CSI scores
  • Implementing sales processes and showroom best practices
  • Working closely with the Brand and Group team to deliver on key business KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and FCA regulations
  • Managing stock levels and vehicle display to maximise sales opportunities
About You:
  • Previous experience as a New Car Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role within the Motor Trade
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of finance and insurance products (FCA compliant)
  • A confident communicator, highly organised, and target-focused
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
