Our client is now looking to recruit a driven and dynamic Used Car Sales Manager to join their high-performing sales team in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Sales Manager or a strong Business Manager/Assistant Sales Manager ready to take the next step in their automotive sales career.

As Used Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the dealership’s ongoing success. You will be responsible for leading the used car sales team, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving performance and profitability across the used car operation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and motivating the used car sales team to exceed targets
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing team members to maximise performance
  • Ensuring a first-class customer journey and maintaining excellent CSI scores
  • Managing forecourt stock presentation and online advertising
  • Pricing vehicles competitively in line with market data and group strategy
  • Working closely with the Brand and Group team to deliver on business KPIs
  • Ensuring FCA compliance and adherence to group sales processes
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role within the Motor Trade
  • Proven track record of delivering strong sales performance
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Commercially minded with a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of finance and insurance products (FCA compliant)
  • Highly organised, motivated, and target-driven
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
