Parts Advisor 
  • Salary: Competitive basic salary + bonus + paid overtime
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm + Saturdays on a rota
Our client is seeking a confident and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join their main dealership in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will maximise parts sales and profitability through effective communication, providing quotes and expert advice to customers.

You will ensure accurate cost control, maintain detailed records, and develop strong relationships with both customers and manufacturers. Additionally, you will stay up to date with market trends to ensure product knowledge remains current.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with parts enquiries, offering expert advice.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring stock availability.
  • Manage warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers for approvals.
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in a parts role (preferably automotive).
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high workloads efficiently.
  • IT literate with experience using parts management systems.
