Our client, a respected Main Dealership in Horsham, is on the lookout for a Service Advisor to join their friendly, professional aftersales team. Whether you’re experienced in the motor trade or come from a customer service background and are looking to break into the automotive world, we’d love to hear from you!

Trainee applicants welcome – If you bring the right attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in the service reception
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments
  • Communicate with technicians to interpret customer concerns
  • Provide updates and explain additional work required
  • Estimate repair times and costs
  • Handle administrative tasks and customer complaints with professionalism
  • Maintain strong customer communication throughout the service process
 What We're Looking For:
  • A team player with top-tier customer service skills
  • Strong communicator – keeping customers informed is key!
  • Organised, with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Automotive experience is a plus but not essential
