- Salary: £25,000 basic (more for the right candidate)
- OTE: £40,000 - £60,000
- Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am-7pm | Friday 9am-6:30pm | Saturday 8:30am-6pm (5 days per week, including Saturday with one weekday off)

Key Responsibilities for a Car Finance Sales Executive:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads
- Presenting car finance options to customers and closing sales
- Maintaining a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Working with a diverse range of car finance products, including sub-prime finance
- Managing a high-volume sales pipeline
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets to maximise earnings potential
- Previous experience in car sales or a call centre environment (preferably outbound sales)
- A proactive and hungry attitude with a strong desire to succeed
- Full UK driving licence (not required for telesales role)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in automotive sales or call centre roles is highly desirable
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (paid at average commission value)
- Fantastic earning potential with OTE of £40,000-£60,000
