- Location: Droitwich
- Salary: Basic up to £35,000 ; OTE up to £38,000 depending on experience
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. Flexible shift patterns available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing, repair, and diagnostics on all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring the highest standards.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, and air conditioning servicing.
- Handle repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles using electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on batteries, drive motors, auxiliary drive packs, and control systems.
- Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
- Understand and impact customer satisfaction.
- Operate additional systems, such as video reporting (e.g., CitNOW).
- Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
- Collaborate with workshop team members to learn and share knowledge.
- Repair and replace major components, such as engines, gearboxes, and fuel systems.

- Strong skills with general maintenance, repair and some knowledge with diagnostics/fault finding in passenger vehicles or LCV
- Confident in being able to advise both technicians, service advisors and customers
- A Full UK Driving Licence
