  • Salary: Circa £45,000 (Competitive and varies with experience)
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

My client is a highly respected manufacturer approved bodyshop located in Milton Keynes. They are now looking to expand their team with a new Bodyshop Workshop Controller. 

They have been in the business for over 20 years, repairing all makes and models of vehicles. They are well known for their expert customer service and always delivering a high standard of service with a state of the art workshop and skilled technicians.
 
What they are looking for:
  • Previous experience in managing a bodyshop/workshop
  • Able to deal with Assessors / Insurance companies / Customers.
  • Proactive team player.
  • Someone who is able to assess and estimate all damaged vehicles (Audatex approved ideally, but not mandatory.)
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Exceptional administration and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work on your own initiative. 
  • Able to motivate the workshop. 
  • Computer Literate.
