Are you a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor looking for your next challenge? Our client, a well-established and customer focused automotive Car Dealership based in Wimbledon, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team.

Your day-to-day duties as a Service Advisor will include, but are not limited to:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers booking in for servicing and repairs
  • Delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Advising customers on the required work and upselling service plans, tyres, and air conditioning services where appropriate
  • Liaising between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth communication and timely updates
  • Preparing job cards, quotes and invoices
  • Following up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Supporting the Aftersales Manager and team with general admin and reception duties
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the automotive industry is essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to upsell additional products and services in a professional manner
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Experience with Kerridge, Pinnacle or similar DMS would be an advantage
  • A full UK driving licence
