  • Salary: Up to £30k Basic DOE & Qualifications + £36k OTE and potential to earn much more! 
  • Hours: 45 hours per week Monday – Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis
We are currently working with a well-established National Motor Trade Dealer Group who have been operating in our local area for over 20 successful years and counting. Our client has an excellent reputation and operate with over 6 different vehicle brands in the South of the UK and achieved various industry recognised employee awards over the years!  

They are seeking an Experienced Parts Advisor to join their professional automotive aftersales team in Battersea who has at least 2 years’ experience as a Senior Parts Advisor a car dealership or similar automotive workshop environment. This is a crucial role to the success of the business and the Parts Department, as such, the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in the local area:

Within this Parts Advisor role your typical duties will include:
  • Advising customers on how to solve a problem with their vehicle.
  • Taking orders from customers; internally for vehicle mechanics, face to face and over the phone.
  • Maintaining an ordered stock room and finding parts from stock.
  • Raising invoices for parts sold.
  • Working with other members of staff.
  • Customers may include members of the public, your workshop, and private customers
Our client has a strong Car Parts Team with repeat business; you will be expected to have a professional approach with excellent customer service skills and able to build great rapport with both customers and colleagues. you will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team.
