Our client is a well-established used car dealership based in Grays, Essex with a reputation for providing quality vehicles and a top-notch customer experience. They are currently seeking a talented and driven Car Sales Executive to join their team!

Details & Benefits Include:
- The basic salary for the role is £20,000, with expected on-target earnings of £60,000+.
- The pay structure involves uncapped commission based on sales banding which increases the more cars sold + add on’s.
- The role requires an 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM work schedule, with one late night (ending at 6:30 PM) and includes working Saturdays and alternate Sundays.
- A Company Car is NOT provided with this role.
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities of this Car Sales Executive:
- Delivering exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car-buying process.
- Building rapport with customers and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
- Achieving individual sales targets while contributing to the success of the team.
- Presenting vehicles to customers and organising test drives.
- Managing customer queries and following up with leads to close sales.
- Ensuring the dealership is always presented to a high standard.
What They Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Car Sales environment with a Full UK Driving Licence.
- A passion for cars and the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A positive and proactive approach to work.
- A team player with a friendly and approachable personality.
