- Starting salary around £30,000 per annum (pending experience/brand accreditation) plus performance-related bonus scheme (roughly £6,000 per annum)
- Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm paid as overtime.

Reporting to the Service Manager and working alongside two Service Advisors and a workshop team, as a Senior Service Advisor, you will:
- Manage and control customer flow to ensure a positive experience whilst in the centre.
- Organise the service reception team to ensure the customer transition through the centre is managed and at the customer’s pace.
- Monitor and respond to customer satisfaction reports and implement changes to address any areas of concern.
- Motivate and coach team members on best practices.
- Being a point of contact for customers' queries.
- Assisting the Service Manager with the daily running of the service reception/workshop team.
- Building positive, professional relationships with staff and customers.
