They are currently seeking a Head of Fleet Sales Manager for a strong premium brand to work across B2B sales & Fleet sales. You will be working within a super modern showroom, with the latest equipment for a successful B2B sales operation.

- Direct and manage the corporate fleet sales team to achieve profit and volume targets
- Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to offer tailored fleet solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and key contacts
- Ensure brand compliance and leverage manufacturer support for major deals
- Deliver professional sales presentations and pitches to corporate clients
- Research and capitalise on new sales opportunities, markets, and trends
- Monitor team performance, offering coaching, rewards, and support
- Create reports analysing sales performance and forecasts for senior management
- Attend relevant events, trade shows, and conferences to network and grow brand awareness
- Drive a strong team ethic and ensure best practices are consistently applied
- Proven experience in a fleet, corporate sales or senior automotive sales management role
- Strong technical and operational knowledge of the retail motor industry
- Target-driven, results-focused and customer-service orientated
- Inspirational leader with a proven ability to manage and develop teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Knowledge of multiple automotive brands and operations is desirable
