Hi, I’m Casey an I joined Perfect Placement in November 2021. I am working in the Recruitment Support Team whilst completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

I have previously studied Business at a BTEC level back in 2017 / 2018. I thoroughly enjoyed studying the topic broadening my knowledge of background of businesses. I then studied Law and History at A Levels, however after completing my A Levels, I decided I wanted to carry on with my education with an apprenticeship.

Doing my apprenticeship allows me to gain the knowledge and skills I would have gained just working, however I am also gaining a qualification out of it. This gives me the drive to work harder towards my goals and improve on my skills whilst working. Gaining the key knowledge and skills through my apprenticeship will allow me to further myself in my career.

My duties within the Recruitment Support team include handling incoming calls, posting our Motor Trade Jobs to a variety of different jobs sites, sourcing candidates and ensuring our database is kept up to date with candidates who are suitable for the 1000’s of Automotive Jobs we have.

In my free time I enjoy catching up with my friends and family over food and many drinks. I hope to one day be able to travel around the world and gain more knowledge of different cultures.
