I joined Perfect Placement in 2024 after completing a Level 3 Recruitment Consultancy Apprenticeship. Within my role in Perfect Placement, I am an Automotive Recruitment Executive and work closely with Martin Bane, focusing on the Hampshire, East Sussex and West Sussex regions.

With over three and a half years of experience in recruitment, alongside a background in customer-facing roles, I bring a strong passion for helping people secure their career goals. Building meaningful, professional relationships is something I truly enjoy, and it’s this passion for connecting with others that led me to a career in recruitment.
