I joined Perfect Placement back in September 2019 as an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator, after completing my A-Levels, and have since progressed through various roles within the business to the role I am in today, Principal Recruitment Executive.

When I joined Perfect Placement as an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator, I initially knew very minimal about recruitment and the Automotive sector. Over time, I picked up a strong interest in the Automotive sector, and more importantly the importance of staffing and new recruitment within the trade. This interest pushed me to pursue a career in Automotive Recruitment!

In April 2021, I was promoted from a qualified Recruitment Administrator to become an Automotive Recruitment Executive covering the South Wales, Gloucestershire & Herefordshire regions alongside Senior Recruitment Consultant, now Managing Consultant Josh Buck. I received further promotion in June 2022 to Senior Recruitment Executive covering South Wales, Bristol, Gloucestershire & Herefordshire, and most recently in April 2024 I have enjoyed further promotion to Principal Recruitment Executive solely covering South Wales but providing with support & cover in other regions when required.

When I am not working, I am often in the gym attempting to keep fit & strong! I often find myself battling through a 5 a side game on a weeknight or watching the game at home on the TV!
