I’ve always enjoyed helping people, which naturally led me to the recruitment industry. With a background in customer service, I love the satisfaction of helping someone secure the best outcome, which is hugely beneficial within my role at Perfect Placement and helping people within their Motor Trade Job Search. 

My connection to the motor trade runs deep. My dad worked as a mechanic on both cars and motorbikes, including with Formula One teams, and he’s still heavily involved in the TT races. Growing up around the motor industry means I’ve always found it fascinating, and talking about it feels like second nature to me.

I’m currently training alongside Louisa Coggs as a Recruitment Executive, specialising in Motor Trade Recruitment across Essex and the surrounding areas. I’m really enjoying learning the ropes and look forward to helping candidates and employers find the perfect fit in the Motor Trade.
