I joined Perfect Placement in December of 2024 as an Automotive Recruitment Executive covering the North East, Cumbria, and Lincolnshire.  My passion for the motor industry and love for all things motorsports enable me to grow into this role more with each client and candidate I speak with, and it allows me to provide the knowledgeable service required for both. I’m passionate about finding the best fit and I pride myself in thorough and sensitive career explorations for both sides, so you can trust I’ll provide a friendly and meaningful service on behalf of all of us at Perfect Placement.

Before starting in Motor Trade Recruitment, I completed Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art at Norwich University of the Arts and performed well in management positions in corporate hospitality, but I found myself wanting to be more of a direct help to people. I now utilise my organisational skills as well and my deeper knowledge of communication and interpersonal skills to promote and help people succeed in their job search in the motor industry. The luxury of being so much more involved in the motor industry and all its trials means every day is a school day for me as a big fan of the industry.

My introduction to the fast life came from my Dad who is an experienced mechanic with over 40 years of experience working on his own cars and those at service centres when he worked there. He’d always have a new car that he was working on in his garage, and shortly after taking on this interest myself from watching from out the window of my childhood bedroom, days like Donnington Park and Goodwood Festival of Speed became exciting family outings and highlights of our year. This is where my appreciation for classic cars and restorations comes from no doubt!

Outside of work you’ll often find me playing badminton with my partner, attending Gorleston and Great Yarmouth volleyball club or looking into areas related to my degree like designing cards, painting physically and digitally or watching Sky Arts to ignite some inspiration. Favourite artists include but are not limited to Tracy Emin, Lucian Freud and Antonio Canova.
