I joined Perfect Placement in 2021 as a Recruitment Executive, looking after the Automotive and Motortrade recruitment needs of the Hampshire & Surrey area alongside Liam Buffenbarger. Due to my continued success in my role, I gained promotion to Senior Recruitment Executive in August 2023.

I have acquired many different skills over the years and worked in a wide range of roles and industries. In recent years I have been a Smart meter engineer then an Everest home improvements Sales Consultant. I have many years of experience in Sales and Customer Service and am excited to apply those skills and learn many more working in the fast-paced and dynamic environment here at Perfect Placement.

In my working life I have always excelled at helping others to achieve and develop, be they colleagues or in many cases customers. I enjoy passing on my experience and knowledge to others and recruitment is the perfect opportunity to make a real difference doing this and improve people’s opportunities for the better.

In my spare time, I am an avid amateur Photographer spending the majority of my spare time doing this and it also gets me out and about a lot. I am practicing different types of photography including Nature, Wildlife, Street, Landscape and Automotive as well. My dream is to travel to many different countries and document my experiences via photography.
