On Wednesday 30th September, the Team at Perfect Placement sat with Bated Breath (socially distanced, of course) in front of our projector screens to find out if we had done it again and had been crowned Automotive Recruitment Agency of the Year for the eighth year running.

In true 2020 fashion, things were a little different this year. Instead of making the journey to the iconic Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth to attend the Oscars of the Automotive Suppliers, the Car Dealer Power Awards, it was hosted virtually, which luckily for us meant we could have the whole team here to celebrate (we remained hopeful!)

We were absolutely thrilled that we made it onto the Shortlist for Recruitment Agency of the Year for another year running and there was the potential we would be holders of this Highly Coveted award for the eighth year in a row. Winning a Car Dealer Power Award really does mean more than any other award, instead of the award being judged by a panel of people who don’t know or understand your business, these awards are voted for by the people we supply, those clients in the Motor Trade who know us and use our services on a daily basis.

Having been the proud winners of this prestigious award for the last 7 years in a row, we are absolutely over the moon to announce that WE WON! Perfect Placement are the UK’s Leading Automotive Recruitment Agency of the Year for the eighth year running as voted for by you, the people in the trade we supply.

We are absolutely honoured and overjoyed that we have yet again been named as Automotive Recruitment Agency of the year, and to us, there is no higher recognition – we are so proud! We would also like to offer our congratulations to We Recruit Auto and Ingenia Recruitment for being Highly Commended, in such an agency rich market it is a huge achievement.

Since the last Car Dealer Power Awards we’ve had a bit of a strange year, but we have worked hard to ensure the Automotive Recruitment service we offer the Motor Trade remains unrivalled, with continuous investment into our team and systems to make sure we are ahead of the curve.

Indeed, like many, 2020 threw us a bit of a curveball, but throughout we have retained our presence and made sure our Clients and Candidates knew we were still there to do what we could to assist them with all things Motor Trade Recruitment and its clear how our hard work has paid off.

To everyone who voted for us, we say the biggest THANK YOU! Thank you for your vote and the trust you continue to place in our team at Perfect Placement.
