- Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are received in line with customer's terms
- Reconciling invoices paid and dispatching monthly statements
- Following up on non-payment and pursuing debts
- Liaising with customers to ensure their accounts are accurate and up to date
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices
- Reconciling and paying supplier statements
- Following up on outstanding invoices
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure their accounts are up to date.
- Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Experienced HGV technician with the ability to inspect, and repair vehicles appropriately.
- Full clean Driving licence
- Eagerness to learn new skills and develop.
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and commitment to learning and development
