Vehicle Service Advisor - Leicester Commercial Main Dealer 

A great opportunity has just come up for a Service Advisor looking for a new challenge within a Commercial Vehicle Dealership (HGV Trucks and LCV Vans)

Our client is a Commercial Vehicle main dealership, who look after a fantastic franchise. They're now in the market for a Service Advisor to join their Leicester site.
Benefits for this Service Advisor Role Include:
  • Basic Salary up to £31,000 (DoE)
  • Monday - Friday 2 Week Shift Pattern:
  • Week 1 - 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Week 2 - 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • 1 Saturday in 4 - Morning only.

This isn't your average Service Advisor job, this is reflected in the pay and hours and style of work will be different compared to your average car dealership. Duties of a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor:
  • Advising on technical queries/issues
  • Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
  • Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle
  • Sell customer repairs/parts etc. and finalising the invoice on completion. 
  • Improving Customer Satisfaction Scores and feedback to the department. 
  • Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.
Requirements of a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor:
  • Previous Motor Trade Experience Essential 
  • Ideally 3 years within a Service Advisor role (Car or Commercial)
  • Great communication and customer/client service skills. 
  • Professionalism, to deal with manufacturer and high-end clients. 
  • The ability to work independently in a busy, pressurised environment is essential.
