We are seeking a Recently Qualified Vehicle Technician to join our client's family-run, multi-franchise car dealership. Our client, who operates across six locations in Surrey and Kent, employs over 100 staff members and prioritises both employee and customer satisfaction. As a key member of their team, you will share a passion for cars and uphold the highest standards of vehicle servicing and repairs.

Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician with our client:
  • High-Quality Servicing: Perform vehicle servicing and repairs to the highest standards, ensuring a "fix first time" approach.
  • Manufacturer Training: Participate in manufacturer-specific training programs to stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Professionalism: Remain calm under pressure, coordinate effectively within the team, and maintain a professional and efficient demeanor.
