  • Pay: Up to £36k Basic  + Bonuses and overtime (£45k realistic OTE job opportunity) 
  • Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm M-F with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9am - 1pm

This client has an excellent reputation with their customers, suppliers and employees past and current and looking for an additional car mechanic extraordinaire to join their vibrant automotive mechanical workshop team.

They are seeking a Vehicle Technician who has a great attitude and wants to learn more, gain more qualifications preferably from a Main Dealership, or similar environment, to join and support the work of their Service Department. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such, the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in their local area. Please note our client will look at enthusiastic up and coming Vehicle Technicians who are looking for their first Main Dealership workshop position as they have experienced Master Technician professionals in their business who can train and skill you up to become a industry leading vehicle technician in our industry!

This is an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician (preferably a MOT Tester) to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day, They reward highly and put their employees at the forefront of all they do.

Within this Vehicle Technician role your typical duties will include: 
  • Working effectively within our client's dealership team to ensure industry-leading standards of safety, customer care and satisfaction at all times.
  • Completing work recommended by our clients Master Technicians after fault finding
  • Warranty repairs are per the manufacturer’s guidelines and relevant write up is complete
  • Accurately using the Auto VHC system ensuring achievement of efficiency.
  • Supervising and assisting with the training of any Apprentice Vehicle Technician when requested to do so with the view to overseeing their work.
We would love to hear from experienced Vehicle Technicians, be that those fresh to the trade, or those who have started their progression journey to Master Technician status.
