Our client is seeking a Service Team Leader to join its business in the Ilkeston.  Are you looking for a stable career with a thriving business when others are releasing staff?

They are seeking an Experienced Service Team Leader to join and support the work of their Aftersales department. This is a crucial role to the success of the business and you will also be looking after two other members of staff in your role as a Service Team Leader.

  • Dealing directly with customers
  • Liaising with the Technicians and Workshop Controller to provide a great customer service

  • Tracking the vehicle through the workshop updating the customer at all times and scheduling services  
  • Mentor, coach and lead by example to existing members of staff in your service team
