Do you enjoy assisting and engaging with people? If so, Our Client, a Family Run Car Dealership, is looking for individuals like you to join their expanding team.

As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you will be the initial point of contact for all vehicle sales inquiries via telephone, digital channels, live chat, or email.

Your role will be to maximise every opportunity to drive sales and improve the customer experience.

What you'll be doing as a Sales Advisor with our Car Dealer Client:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all vehicle sales enquiries into the business through telephone calls, digital enquiries, live chat, or email.
  • Maximising opportunities to convert calls into appointments.
  • Providing customers with information to aid their decisions when considering buying a vehicle from Our Client.
  • Supporting the Sales teams with customer vehicle enquiries.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accurately recording vehicle and customer information, and effectively following up and prospecting customers to secure repeat business.
What our client is looking for in a Sales Advisor:
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • An ability to multitask and navigate through various software systems efficiently.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Previous experience working towards sales-driven KPIs.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role is preferred but not mandatory.
