Senior Contact Centre Aftersales Advisor Required in Guildford, Surrey For Family Run Car Dealership 
  • Monday – Friday: 0800 - 1800 with a one-hour unpaid break for lunch each day
  • Part of a paid Saturday morning rota (approximately 1 in 4)
  • working 42.5 hours a week on a shift pattern to cover the opening hours
  • £28,000 - £30,000 Per Annum
Our client, a family-run car dealership, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contact Centre Advisor to join their aftersales team. As a Senior Contact Centre Advisor, you will:
  • Handle customer enquiries and escalations related to post-purchase issues.
  • Use your expertise to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support junior advisors and contribute to the continuous improvement of aftersales operations.
  • Handle customer enquiries related to post-purchase issues (e.g., returns, warranties, repairs, replacements) across various channels - phone, email, chat, and digital.
  • Maximise opportunities to convert calls into sales and bookings for the workshop/aftersales teams.
  • Distribute digital leads across the team ensuring contact is made within suitable time frames.
  • Support teams across the group with customer enquiries regarding vehicles
  • Create outstanding customer confidence by always ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.
  • Accurately record vehicle and customer information.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new contact centre advisors.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to junior team members to help them achieve their targets.
  • Monitor customer interactions for quality, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.
  • Ensure customer data is recorded accurately and within SLA timeframes.
  • Work closely with other departments and management to ensure alignment with company customer service goals.
The ideal Senior Contact Centre Advisor candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in a contact centre environment, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate through various software systems efficiently.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Ability to handle complex and escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
