- Basic salary of up to £31,000.

- Monday - Friday (Week 1: 7am - 4pm) / (Week 2: 9am - 6pm).

What will the successful Commercial Service Advisor do?
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Book appointments and schedule work for the workshop team.
- Provide accurate quotations for services.
- Upsell additional services and products where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Experience acting as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
- Confidence using Kerridge.
- A considered approach to customer service.
- Customer relations experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- IT competency.
- Basic salary of up to £31,000.
- OTE c. £33,000.
