  • Location: BMW & Mercedes Specialist - Maidstone, Kent 
  • Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) + Overtime at Time and a Half
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 (Flexible Weekends Available)
  • Benefits: 22 Days Holiday, Pension (NEST Scheme)
Our client is a highly respected BMW & Mercedes specialist garage looking to recruit a skilled Diagnostic or Master Technician. This is a senior role focused on diagnostic work, where your expertise with BMW and Mercedes vehicles will be highly valued.

Our client has built a well established garage over the last 19 years by ensuring customers are always provided a reliable and friendly service when they book their vehicle in with our client. They have all the latest diagnostic equipment, & their team of Technician's have all the technical expertise and training from a main dealer.

Duties as a Vehicle Diagnostic/Master Technician:
  • Perform advanced diagnostics using Xentry Diagnostics for Mercedes and ISTA for BMW.
  • Program and code with specialist tools unique to BMW and Mercedes.
  • Provide technical leadership within the workshop, supporting and mentoring colleagues.
  • Work predominantly on BMW vehicles (60-70%) with significant exposure to Mercedes.
  • Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Experience: Significant experience with BMW and/or Mercedes, particularly in diagnostics and technical work.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using diagnostic tools such as Xentry and ISTA; this role requires advanced knowledge beyond basic OBD readers.
