  • Working Hours: 8AM - 6PM Mon - Fri, 1 in 2 Sats 8AM - 12PM

Our client is looking for a Service Advisor to join their busy automotive dealership in Lincoln. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive a high level of customer service and satisfaction while their vehicle is being serviced or repaired.  

Key Responsibilities for this Service Advisor role:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Booking appointments and scheduling work for the workshop team.
  • Providing accurate quotations for services.
  • Upselling additional services and products where appropriate.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Managing customer expectations and resolving any issues that arise.
Requirements for the successful Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership or garage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Computer literate with experience using dealership management systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
