Automotive Service Advisor Required in the Haywards Heath, West Sussex area 
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic 
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM till 6PM  - maybe some Saturdays on a rota in the future 
We are currently working with a well-established BMW Motor Dealership who have been operating in their local area for 50 successful years and counting. They boast a world class reputation with local, national and international customers for all things BMW, servicing, diagnostics, repairs and restoration. 

They are seeking an Experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist to join their expanding Aftersales team of BMW experts and enthusiasts. This is a crucial role to the overall success of the business, as such, the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other garages in their local area.

Within this Service Advisor opportunity your typical duties will include: 
  • Dealing directly with customers 
  • Workshop loading / management 
  • Providing estimates to customers cost, time frames for work to be complete and advising when the workshop is available for the work to get completed 
  • Parts ordering 
  • Invoicing if jobs
  • Long term relationship building 
  • General duties to always keep the workshop and service reception area clean and presentable. 
  • Enrich the overall customer experience; being attentive and go the extra mile at all times for our clients customers
