We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Client’s prestigious main dealership in the Southampton area.

Our Client is a renowned dealership representing a luxury automotive brand known for its quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a professional and dynamic team, with uncapped earning potential and excellent career prospects.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of the dealership’s service department, delivering exceptional customer service from the moment a customer arrives. You’ll be responsible for booking in vehicles for servicing and repairs, liaising between the workshop and customers, and ensuring that the highest standards of customer care are maintained.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a service advisor role, preferably in a main dealership environment. You will need to be highly organised, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering a top-quality customer experience.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
  • Managing the flow of information between customers and the workshop to ensure smooth operations.
  • Providing accurate repair and service estimates and keeping customers updated on progress.
  • Liaising with the parts department and service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Handling customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Processing payments and handling invoicing for service work.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
What our client expects of their Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a main dealership.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Confidence in upselling services and repairs to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • A professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
