- Qualifications – IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
- Experience – Proven experience in a workshop setting with strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
- Skills – Ability to deliver high-quality work and stay motivated towards team objectives.
- Licence – Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
- Preferred – An MOT licence, hybrid vehicle technology experience, and familiarity with VAG vehicles are advantageous but not required.
