Vehicle Technician Required in the Redhill area 
  • Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 Basic DOE and Qualifications + monthly team bonus
  • Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 5 Saturday mornings on a rota
We are currently working with a well-established Motor Trade Service Centre who have been operating in their local area since 2010 with an excellent reputation with customers in the local area and offer a complete automotive all makes and models repairing service. Our client boasts over 140 Google Reviews with an average feedback score of 4.5 out of 5! 

They are seeking an Experienced Vehicle Technician who has at least 2 years, experience within a Main Dealership, Service Centre, or Fast Fit workshop post apprenticeship to join and support the work of their Workshop team. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from Automotive Garages in their local area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day. They reward highly and put their employees at the forefront of all they do.

Within this Vehicle Technician role your typical duties will include: 
  • Servicing vehicles – clutches, cambelts, timing chains / belts, suspension, brakes, pads, discs etc
  • Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components.
  • Advising the Vehicle Service Receptionists about required repairs.
  • Maintaining repair and service records in line with company policies 
  • Diagnosing the cause of a problem.
  • Repairing the problem on the customers car in line with manufacturers’ best practices 
  • Testing existing and repaired systems.
  • Be a team player and assist other mechanics when required. 
You will ideally live within a sensible commute of the Redhill area, have a minimum of three years’ experience of Vehicle Maintenance and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
