Vehicle Technician Required in Haywards Heath, West Sussex
  • Pay: £30,000 - £38,000 Annual Salary + Career Progression 
  • Hours: 42.5 Hours Monday - Friday ONLY! 
  • Family Run All Makes & Models Automotive Service Centre 
Due to expansion and moving into a new state of the art workshop with new shiny ramps and new equipment are seeking a new experienced Vehicle Technician or a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join their team based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. 

Our client is looking for a candidate who shares their passion for cars, customer service and prides themselves on the highest standards of vehicle servicing and repairs.

Our long standing client is a family run car workshop, who have been trading since 2005. People are at the heart of their business – both their own staff and their customers, and believe that only by employing and supporting great colleagues, we will be able to provide an outstanding customer service for all things mechanical, diagnostics and MOT testing.

We'd love to hear from you if you have all of the below:
  • NVQ Level 2 or qualified through experience 
  • Active MOT Tester or Vehicle Technician working at a car garage  
  • Willingness to undertake mechanical training
  • A desire to provide great customer service with a “fix first time” approach
  • Self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team, supporting colleagues with a can-do attitude
  • A strong team player
  • A full valid UK driving license
It is important that you are adept at remaining calm under pressure; are professional and efficient; and understand the importance of coordinating effectively within a team environment.

What's’ on offer?
  • Up to £38,000 Depending on experience 
  • 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Monday - Friday working hours; with optional overtime during weekday evenings paid at time and half 
  • Generous Maternity/Paternity allowance (increasing with length of service)

Hours: Monday – Friday: 42.5 hours - no weekends!
