Reporting to the Service Manager and working with a large friendly team, as an MOT Tester your main duties will include carrying out MOT tests on class 4 vehicles only. Unless the role develops based on your skill set where you're able to cary out associated mechanical repair work, this role will involve MOT's and that is all. you will be targeted to complete around 5-6 MOT's each day whilst still adhering to franchise, DVSA and safety guidelines.
You will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of Narberth and have an active Class 4 MOT licence. You will also need to hold a UK driving licence, be a committed individual and be a good team player. You must be able to produce a high quality of work in a busy environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team.
