Our client, a Multi-Vehicle Automotive Business in Lincoln, is seeking a Service Advisor to join the team.

You might come from a Service Advisor background, or anywhere else in the service department, or you could be a parts advisor, parts administrator, or any other motor trade professional with the transferable skills.

Requirements and Responsibilities for the Service Advisor:
  • Experience of a service advisor role or the skill set to make a success of the role.
  • You will be taking bookings, helping to organise the technicians' workload, managing diaries, advising customers, alongside other duties.
  • You will be upselling products and services to enhance the customer's experience and earn your bonus.
  • You will be confident and willing to get involved with administration tasks as per the needs of the business.
  • Liaise between the workshop and the customer, keep both informed of progress and timings.
What the Successful Service Advisor Candidate will get:
  • A basic salary of up to £25,397 which is supplemented by a bonus scheme taking your earnings to £31,397 OTE.
  • Working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30-5. You will work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
