Responsibilities of a Service Manager:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a service department, maintaining high-quality standards and optimising workflow.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of exceptional service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and achieve performance metrics, including service targets, customer satisfaction, and financial goals.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to maximise profitability.
- Proven experience as a Service Manager within a franchse dealership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Familiarity with automotive service processes and industry standards.
