Our client is a respected main dealer based in the Corby area. They are currently on the lookout for a Parts Supervisor to oversee their Parts department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the motor trade, looking to develop their career in a supportive and well-established environment.

Responsibilities of a Parts Supervisor:
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and high levels of customer service.
  • Maintain accurate stock control, managing orders and inventory to meet customer and workshop demands.
  • Support and motivate your team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve performance and achieve department targets.
Requirements for this Parts Supervisor role:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the motor trade, such as Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor 
  • Strong organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with the capability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
