Are you an experienced Service Advisor or Receptionist looking for your next opportunity in a professional and friendly environment? Our client, a reputable Car Dealership in Croydon, is on the lookout for an Automotive Service Advisor / Receptionist to join their successful and customer-focused service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a professional, welcoming, and friendly service to all customers, creating a positive first and last impression.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
  • Manage customer bookings efficiently for vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOTs while ensuring a smooth workflow in the Service Department.
  • Accurately relay vehicle progress updates to customers, ensuring excellent communication and transparency.
  • Upsell additional products, services, and repairs to customers where appropriate, contributing to departmental success.
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and administrative tasks related to vehicle servicing.
  • Work collaboratively with technicians and the wider service team to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record in a customer-facing front-of-house role, ideally as a Service Advisor, Receptionist, or Parts Advisor within the automotive industry.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Skills: Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads. Strong IT skills are essential.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Licensing: A full UK manual driving licence is required.
The Offer:
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, with Saturdays on a 1-in-3 rota basis.
  • Salary: Competitive basic salary of up to £33,000 p.a., depending on experience.
  • Bonus: Uncapped bonus opportunities on upselling, offering an OTE of up to £44,000 p.a.
