MOT Tester Required for Brand-New Workshop - Car Dealership

  • Pay: £30k - £34k Basic Salary + £6k OTE
Our client is seeking 2 dedicated MOT Testers to join their state-of-the-art workshop in Farnborough. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a cutting-edge facility featuring two brand-new 4-poster MOT bays and a rolling road.

Responsibilities of an MOT Tester:
  • Conduct MOT tests to DVSA standards, ensuring every vehicle meets road safety and emission regulations.
  • Diagnose faults, advise on necessary repairs, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of tests and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop.
  • Support the workshop team when required, contributing to a smooth-running operation.
Requirements for the MOT Tester Role:
  • A valid MOT Tester license is essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the motor trade.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
