In this important role as a Vehicle Technician in their automotive service department you will be fully competent in the servicing and repair of vehicles, to the highest standards.
As well as technical competence in the mechanics of a vehicle, you may have a good knowledge of the electrical and electronic components of a vehicle and be comfortable with using the latest diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults. You also must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics, have at least 2-3 years post apprenticeship experience.
You should be a good team player and communicator to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of work through the workshop, ensuring you liaise with other team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Details & Benefits of this Vehicle Technician role include:
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
- Saturday morning on a rota as per business needs (usually 1 in 4).
- Basic Salary ranges from £28,860 to £32,140 p.a. (depending on experience).
- With on Target Earnings including bonuses up to £43,000 p.a.
