- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic with OTE of £70,000 - £75,000

Key Responsibilities as a Business Manager With our client:
- Master all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is provided during sales negotiations.
- Quickly and effectively build rapport with customers, ensuring a fair and positive experience.
- Lead the manufacturer finance renewal programme with precision and expertise.
- Identify and recommend insurance products tailored to customers’ demands and needs.
- Monitor finance and insurance performance against targets, proactively addressing any shortfalls.
- Support the management team in planning, forecasting, and adjusting strategies to meet dealership objectives.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and achieve business goals.
- Regularly monitor team performance, measure results, and provide feedback to the General Sales Manager.
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or Transaction Manager within a UK dealership.
- Strong ability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines without compromising work quality or customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident demeanor.
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- A results-driven individual with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
