Vehicle Technician / MOT tester required for a Main Dealer in the north of Birmingham.
  • Salary up to  - £33,000 Basic
  • 42.5 hours per week
  • Additional efficiency bonus £36k+

Within this Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role your typical duties will include: 
  • Performing service and repairs on vehicles, which includes basic diagnostics.
  • Conducting video vehicle health checks to identify any issues and potential sales opportunities.
  • Enhance your skills and knowledge through scheduled training programs.
  • Demonstrate your ability to provide quality workmanship with a first-time fix to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Quality and a first time fix to delight our customers every time. 
  • Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues & sell-up opportunities. 
  • Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress. 
  • Develop your skills & knowledge via regular training. 
  • Maintain a clean & safe work bay. 
  • Complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards.
