Service Advisor / Parts Advisor required in the Wolverhampton area
  • Basic Salary: up to: £30,000
  • OTE: £35,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 17:30pm) and one Saturday in two (8:30am - 12:30pm)
We are seeking a skilled Service/Part Advisor to join our client's family-run business. established for nearly 50 years! If you like to be valued as a team member and treated as more than just a number this is the one for you!

To be eligible for this role as a minimum, you have 5 Years of Previous experience working as a Service/Parts Advisor. As a Service/Parts Advisor, your primary duties will include ordering parts, ensuring they are in stock and delivered on time for customer repairs. Handle incoming calls, answering inquiries about parts availability, repair services, and pricing, while also scheduling service appointments and following up on the status of ongoing repairs. The Service Advisor provides customers with expert advice on mechanical repairs, helping them understand their vehicle’s issues and offering suitable repair solutions. Additionally, they actively promote parts sales and service packages, utilizing marketing strategies to inform customers of current promotions and special offers. Their goal is to ensure a seamless, informative, and efficient experience for every customer.

For this Service/Parts Advisor role you will need the following:
  • Previous experience working as a Service/Parts Advisor
  • Experience using One Link & Auto-flow
  • Use of Kerridge and different system
  • Technical Knowledge of Mechanical and bodywork
  • Parts knowledge 
  • Experience with computers including Excel, word etc.
